This privacy declaration applies for the Web site of Småkraft AS – smaakraft.no.  Småkraft AS is the data controller for personal data that is collected at this Web site.

Småkraft AS does not collect sensitive personal data.

Personal data that is sent to us via E-mail, telephone or the contact form will only be used to contact you in connection with your inquiry. The information will not be used for anything other than what would be relevant for your customer relationship.

As a user of our Web site, you have the right to demand inspection of the personal data we are processing about you and how it is being processed. You can also demand correction, deletion and limitations on the processing of personal data with respect to the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

Matomo Analytics
In the immediate future we will be switching to Matomo Analytics in order to better address data privacy and live up to GDPR in relation to tracing, storage and management of tracing data for our Web site. During a transition phase we will then be running the Matomo Analytics analysis tool in parallel with Google Analytics.
